Today during OT, Connie asked Grace what her parents names are. She said, "Paula and Daddy."
When Connie said, "What does Paula call your Dad?", she said, "Honey!"

This is so cute! When I was growing up, I thought my mother's name was Honey. My father literally NEVER called her Paula (her name too!) ever - I mean I still have never heard him call her by her name in my presence!
ReplyDeleteHow cute! I love the sweet and funny things that come out of their mouths!!:)
ReplyDeleteOh, that's so cute!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was about 4, I remember asking my mom what her name was. She answered, "Jane". Then it dawned on me - THAT's who "Jane" was!! I'd heard that name so many times but just never know that was MOM!!! LOL
Hey Ladies, Thanks for sharing your funny "honey" stories. I love to hear those memories.... Love, Paula
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny. I love the things kids come out with. I'll never forget one day my daughter just called out "Lisa"...can I have a drink? It was so funny to hear her even say my name.
