Sam 5th Grade City Spelling Champ!


Whoo hoo! Way to go, Sam! We are so proud of you for being the 5th grade city Spelling Bee Champ today! Sam is pictured with KXMC's Anchor Jim Olson, who is also the spelling bee announcer.

Not only were you the 5th Grade champ, you were awesome in the spell-down ending up in the top 10 spellers--who were mostly 7th & 8th Graders!

Way to go, Sam, following in Sissy's footsteps!

    Congratulations, Sam! We read about you in the Minot Daily (also caught a quick glimpse of you and your dad on the TV that night.) This is a high achievement, and Cindy & I know that you will go far in life, academically AND otherwise! We're blessed to call you an aquaintance and friend.
