He has ensured (& insured LOL) that all of our children will be protected and cared for after we are gone. It does take extra care and a specialist to make sure that everything is done in accordance with federal and state laws.

Hmm... I hadn't thought of this! I have the kids all as beneficiaries in my will, and who will care for them before they are grown, etc., but I hadn't given it much more thought than that...!
